Weight-Loss Heidi Montag is one of the American reality TV stars; she has starred on the former MTV reality series The Hills. Before she was featured in Playboy, she worked out even more. She trained for 90 minutes a day, five days a week. Heidi is habitual with her diet and exercise; it is a part of her life. Eating right is a skill and she has perfected it. So Heidi was in great shape due to her diet and exercise but she wanted more, hence, numerous plastic surgeries.
